Welcome

I am a therapist in Palo Alto who offers individual therapy to teens and adults.

Welcome to my website. Your visit here tells me that you or a loved one is facing some issue or problem that could benefit from exploration in a safe and caring place. That is what I have committed to do as a therapist. While I have assisted a variety of individuals, I am probably best known for working with teenage boys and professionals in Palo Alto and the surrounding area. My A bald man with a blue shirt is smiling.practice has presented a wide range of issues and challenges with which I have worked, including the following:

anxiety • depression • attention deficits • learning differences • executive functioning issues • alcohol and chemical dependency • co-dependency issues • stage of life issues • health concerns • professional issues • family and relationship matters • financial concerns • deeper issues about purpose and meaning in life • spiritual matters

In working with people, there is often a need for other professionals to assist in addressing the issues presented. I have a well-developed and active network of such professionals including psychiatrists to prescribe and monitor medications, testing psychologists to do educational and psychological evaluations, neuropsychologists to assess and assist in treating issues of brain function, educational consultants to assist in finding alternative educational options, and various professionals that assist in tutoring and coaching particularly with learning differences, attention deficits, executive functioning deficits and study skills.

If you are in need of a therapist or licensed psychologist in Palo Alto, call me today at (650) 321-0410 or email me at [email protected].
